Discovery TD5 Service in Central Scotland

I'm looking for an Independent Land Rover Specialist to service my 51 plate TD5 Discovery, I'm fed up being ripped off by Dealer labour charges. I've had a few bad experiences with the independents I've used so far and one who advertises in the Land Rover mags with an e mail address doesn't even have the courtesy to reply obviously doesn't need the money.
I am willing to travel a reasonable distance so any ideas would be appreciated.

Can recommend "White's Auto Service" at Washington Lane (near Haymaket) Edinburgh. Give Andy White a ring on 01313379955. He is LR approved and has all the tech gear etc. I've been using him now for a couple of years with my 51 plate TD5 Disco. Labour charge less than £30/Hr (Main dealer charges around £80/hr!!!!!!)
Very skilled and honest guys. Never had any complaints about his great service.
BTW I have no connection with them. I'm just a very satisfied customer.

Yep, I agree with Dave Mac. I too have been using White's for the last couple of years (indeed he replaced a front suspension coil on my 02 TD5 this week, only £35 labour).
Good guy, good service.

I too have no vested interest in recommending him (in fact I hope he doesn't get too busy to fit me in!).

Give this one a try www.GEMM4x4.co.uk they are based in Larbert near Falkirk. I use them for service, MOT, etc, but you best give them a phone call first because they are always very busy.
