discovery rear HD springs for cheap 90 lift?

Not sure what difference it makes. Ive got a set of Disco HD from my donor disco so would be interested to what affect they have
 
are too stiff for a 90 have tried that it was like a jacked up shopping trolley.
a mate has rangey efi springs back to front on his 200 def. gets about 1.5" lift, which is the max i would go and its still nice and supple for off roading.
The prob with all these cheap lift kits id they are all just stiffer springs which is ****e. you want the length and flexibility. and good shocks. i found procomps to be too hard as well. britpart gas or decarbon are the best i've used so far.(apart from my fox shocks of course!)
