discovery missing on one cylinder ?

Hi all. i am knew here. wondering if anyone may have an idea why its developed a misfire? i have changed the injectors and glow plugs, checked the tappetts , there is no water in oil or oil in water, and no excessive crank case pressure . the miss gets worse the harder it is driven. is it possible the head gasket blown between two cylinders? any help appreciated, thanks. its a 300tdi

easy could be head gasket it would be my first guess

i didnt want to believe it but your probably right will whip the head off next weekend,cheers
