discovery 300tdi brake trouble

hi can any one help me my brakes were real poo and i would have to pump them up before they would work. so i have bled the brakes and still the are no good some times they work some times i have to pump them up. my fluid level has not dropped.

check reservoir for black deposits on bottom and splashing when pedal pumped,fluid looks clean,most likely need new master ,but also check flexi pipes for ballooning helps if someone presses pedal hard while you feel them ,and check cailpers for seized pistons
