Discovery 3 ...

I have a discovery 3 auto 2006 and I have just done a service on it which includes Oil change (engine) oil filter, air filter , cambelt water pump and a gearbox oil change . I done a gearbox oil change because I got a shuddering at two thousand revs which has now stopped the shuddering. What I would like to ask is .. I am now getting a clunk when I first start to drive the car after it standing over night and this happens between first and second gear . It doesn't happen any other time of the day even if it's left for 4 or so hours as it drives fine with no clunks .. Could someone please advise me what to do if anything ..thank you ..
