Discovery 2 V8 Earth/Ground help!

My Disco 2 v8 has just had a new gearbox/clutch, but have noticed this earth strap that is attached to the left hand bulk head broken and cannot see where it should attach under the car, does anyone have any ideas? Picture attached. Thanks

It goes to a bolt in the head, just between the bulkhead and the head right there.

I forgot to put mine back on the head when doing headgasket, and just put it under some bolt near there in the head.

I replaced the corroded webbed earth strap with a 10AWG cable from the firewall to a bolt on the LH side rear of the V8.
No issues going on 3 years now.
