Hi everyone
I'm a new member here and a new Disco owner (4 months) but I wanted some advice on the rear air suspenson on my 04 commercial. A couple of weeks ago I noticed it was listing to the left (ie N/S down) I am now wondering if the O/S was (over-inflated) as the O/S air spring exploded on Thursday. I had noticed the raise feature didn't seem to work in the days leading up to the big bang! And moments before the spring blew the warning light came on telling me there was a problem with the suspension (no kidding!) I'm just about to fit new air springs (as soon as I have welded the hole that I discovered when removing one of the springs) but can anyone confirm my thoughts that it was an over inflate problem (what can cause that?) as opposed to an air leak in the N/S? Any help would be gratefully received. The bags were showing some signs of wear but nothing serious.
