discovery 2 shock absorbers-replacement

Hi
I have a disco 2 td5 and am thinking of replacing the shocks all round as my diso is 2001 model.Does any one have any suggestions of a decent shock?

The terrafirma ones look good but they talk about a 2" lift and i dont want a bigger ride height or will this not affect it.

Any one got any expieriance in this it will be greatly apprieciated.

Pretty sure Terrafirma do standard height shocks as well.

No experience of though I'm afraid, but have only heard good things so far.

As far as I know the 2001 model Discovery 2 has air suspension at the rear?

Though, you cant really go wrong with Bilstein for an all rounder. Bit pricey, but I'd say their worth it.

Got Bilstien shocks all round on my D1 they are brilliant if your sticking to standard height id recommend them.
I think Bilstien do a +2" version but cant remember where i seen em now

I just bought 4 new Allmakes shocks, ( standard replacements ), for £68.00 delivered.

I put some Bearmach shocks on 10,000 miles ago, but just find them too harsh for my long bumpy track.
