Discovery 2 electrical problems ... NEWBIE

Morning

I have a issue with the front electric windows and the heated seats

1. Heated seats work but the switches do not stay on its as if their not going in further enough to click on. Anyone had this issues? Any help would be much appreciated.

2. Electric windows are intermittent work at times others they won't work and I turn ignition of and they would work. How can I solve this? Anyone has this problem before?

My D2 doesn't have heated seats, so no idea

Electric windows - possibly check the plugs in the back of the switches & check the appropriate fuses. The window switches are all grouped in the centre console near the handbrake, correct? If so, the prise off the fascia plate & undo 3 or 4 ? screws on the mounting plate (not sure how many, mine's probably got a couple of screws missing). Examine the plugs on the back, see if they're connected properly.

All fixed was full of dirt and hair cleaned them all out now windows and seats heat up like they should. Cheers
