Hi beastie, i must say the 300 looks pretty good in the pic. If you have any more pictures why not post them in the gallery, the more the merrier.
Anyway as for spares take a look here www.landroverheaven.com they have most things and seem well priced.

Out of interest which tyres did you opt for?? I'm currently trying to gather info before wading in (see the tyres thread in the forum).

I bought the Goodyear Wrangler AT/R 235/70/16 there a " EVIL "Looking tyre supposed to be about £85 plus balancing/fitting but got them for £258 on the Disco I'll try and get some better photos and post them if you want.I did look at Kumho tyres but never had a look in when my eyes spotted the Goodyears  Check out www.4x4tyres.co.uk thats where I got them Nene valley in Aberdeenshire they were very helpfull or I not sure this link will work but try this http://www.scorpionracing.co.uk/html/categorys/tyres/tyres/all%20terrain.htm Here you get a print out of some tyres hope the link work but somemembers might already have seen them ,just tring to help .or another link http://www.potters-tyres.co.uk/tips_on_tyres.html sorry again...ok more.....;) ....watch this space..............................I had another link to tell you what size of tyre you can put on without having to do any mods. the the wheel arches etc, but ahhhhhh.... cannot find it.So I guess members are fed up reading this now.....sorry PS YOUR WEB LINK Well I know this guy very well have bought few things from him and he is as honest as the day he was born " A GREAT GUY "

The brake thing sounds like there is an air infused leak double check all pipes, i had a TINY TINY TINY Leak/infuse it caused bubbles and all the bleeding in the world wont get rid, go to Mr clutch or kwik fit they will check it for you.

owned mine for about 12 months now, a tdi200, j reg, good spec, got it upto 185k now and only just having to replace pads and wheels bearings, oh and am after a power steering pump and indicator stalk, other than that she keeps ticking and is forever off road.

Hi all,

I own a 1994 TDI, apart from front o/s wheel bearing seizing up at speed (which was most upsetting) has been great. 130K on the clock at present so its only a baby!

I have now collected a full set of replacement rubber window seals (alpine, rear load space and tail gate) which i was thinking of fitting myself. Anyone had experience of this or does anyone have any hints or tips?
