disco td5 trouble

i was told the half shaft joints could be seised up??? it feels like the rear diff like a big vibaration rumble
 
have you checked the obvious like wheel balancing?
is there any trace on the wheels where weights used to be and have come off??

have you been off roading and got a lump of dry mud on the inside of the wheel?
 
yes and nothing .no play in bearings neither just fitted new wheels to but it was doing it before i fitted them
 
have the prop shafts been off???

apparently the TD5 proshafts need to be harmonized, if the've been off it could be that they have been put back in the wrong way... you could mark it with some tippex or a scribe, rotate it through 90 deg, take for a drive etc...
 
im not sure.. its got to be something simple im thinking rear diff but would it make a rumble in one spot ?? it should do it all the time if it was the diff????
