disco td5 auto, wont change up?

My TD5 03 seems to take ages before it changes up into top gear way over 3500rpm, any suggestions? this is in normal not sport mode.
 
The Auto's do take a while to warm up before they will go into top.

If it's doing it all the time even when warm then there's a problem.
