disco td5 airflow meter reading zero

hi every 1 . air flow reading zero no change from reving. its dead zero. put my dads one on it and still the same??????

your MAF should read around 54-55 on the computer, if it's reading less you will be down on power as the ECU will be underfueling

check the wires leading to the airflow meter, as they pass over the air con pump. they can wear through. if thats ok check the fuse box in the engine bay (think its the 2nd fuse up on the right hand side)
