Disco stainless side bars fitting

I have just purchased some new side bars for my disco and could do with some tips for fitting before I get on my back under the old girl (so to speak)

Any feedback welcomed.....

Can you let me know where you got the stainless side bars from as I am looking for some.
Sorry cant help with fitting instructions.

The bars I purchased were 100% original LR part number STC50032 as in the LR parts catalogue. Fantastic kit - excellent quality and easy to fit in the end.
