Hi All. Got bitten by the LR bug while on a weekend away in Pickering, N.Yorks. Walking along the lovely old train platform there minding my own business and noticed a shop selling second hand LRM`s and LRO`s, as well as steam train mags, for 50p each. Thought I`d get a couple of the car mags for a little browse and the next thing I know Land Rovers appear to be the last thing I think about at night and the first in the morning. Imagine if I`d bought a train mag though? Bloody close call if you ask me. Any road up, I`ve got a mug with Land Rovers on so far, and just got a calendar for Christmas. A start. I`m a gardener so was looking at a Defender, but they seem to be out of my price range, so looking at a Disco now. Don`t want to make the biggest mistake of my life by buying a money pit though, so gonna have a good browse on here. Best Wishes for the season from me, Gary.
