Just curious as I prep my 2012 D4 to drive from here in NI to South Africa will my 3.0 SDV6 encounter any problems using some of the bad fuel ⛽️ when I’m out there? I know that they use a lot of normal Derv mixed with Kerosene out there.

Depends how kerosene they add. A little bit will make it smoke, too much might play havoc with the hp pump. You'll sokn know when the tickover gets all lumpy
