Hi all, about to change the radiator in my disco, any points to watch or any problems with air locks. ? any advice welcome.

Nothing special to note
just fill it properly afterwards through the plugs and final top up at thermostat and keep an eye on water level for a while


anti freeze is a must

be careful that you do not lose the little "O" rings on the end of the oil cooler pipes

Well thats done, new rad fitted (the old one had hardly any core fins left), done oil / filter change, going well now, bit of vibration for the last few weeks, thought it may be a u.j. but they are all ok, any ideas ?
