Disco 300Tdi injectors/removal

could any body tell me how to remove the injectors from the head of a 300Tdi discovery cheers mark

use a slide hammer or a heavy cloth over them while you turn the engine over - assuming you've undone the clamps

Don't REMOVE the clamps!
There is a small risk of shooting an injector clean out!

Just undo the nuts enough to have clearance to let the injector pop up. Then take the nuts off and wiggle the injectors out.

Fit them with plenty copper-grease.
