Disco 3 or something reliable?

Thanks for the advice Discosteve. I'm seriously looking into S2s at the moment, although definitely haven't ruled out a d3 (or a Shogun (with or without 30ft caravan!!)).

I have had my Disoc 3 from new it is now 12 months old and I have to say its the best model I have had. I have had all the different models of disco and liked them all but the 3 is the best yet for towing and low end torque.

I did have a small problem with my reversing sensors but that was soon sorted, it has just had its first service.
I toured Ireland with it last year and was pleased with the way it coped, I am very satisfied with mine and would not hesitate to recomend one.

Ireland must be a pretty arduous trip for a D3. Glad to hear it managed it!

Ireland was an extremely arduous trip for me riding a hardtail 750 chop. Made me appreciate suspension. The D3 shouldn't have had too much problem!
