disco 2 tc & abs 2002 model

Hi all my 2002 td5 disco 2 has problems with the tc & abs I had to brake a bit sharpish & the tc light &abs light came on & it now feels as if the brakes are partially on what is going on & how do I fix please ?

Plug in a tester to see which sensor is faulty.... or unplug the sensors one by one and go for testdrive with each sensor disconnected ... when the symptom will dissapear u'll know that the one disconnected is "guilty". This way u'll have the 3 amigos(eventually + brake warning) on.
