Disco 2 facelift front fog light options

As title, gotta face lift disco 2 and both fog lights have whitened over as so many seem too. Wondered if anyone has taken them out and managed to clean them up at all or are they fooked once the glass opaque? And if so, are there any cheaper pattern one's anywhere? Reluctant to dish full whack for OE replacements..
