I can't see why it wouldn't. Although I haven't had it fitted myself at any point, I presume it just bolts on as would a normal bumper.

Transmission cooler and aircon rad and fans foul some winch bumpers, its a lot to spend for it not to fit.

Just to help the hat out, this bumper will take both type of winchs, being either a low line winch or a 8274.... Has mounting holes for both
