Dinitrol application - what am I doing wrong?

Plus 1 with regards to capacity in where it has also suited my needs , with the original fittings being 1/4” , I took the original airline fittings off and fitted 2 x 1/2” full bore lever valves , then 3/8 connections

on the bottom of the sealey dryer I fitted a rubber tube so that as water fills up inside the container when it gets too full with automatically open to the tube on the outside of the box

so having one connection go through the dryer for items like air guns , tyre inflators to try and reduce as much moisture then the other one for air tools where I can oil the guns directly

Have considered about fitting some high pressure plastic pex pipe onto the side of the speaker box like a towel rail with them going back and forth to act like an intercooler but without the restriction , along with tees , then short piece of pipe pointing downwards as extra water traps and full bore lever valves , been reading up a lot about them and suppose to really improve reduce any moisture within the lines ,

particular in the summer when humidity is higher , in all honesty for what I use it for I wouldn’t have to do that but alas I like doing little projects like this , lol

must admit fitting the larger 1/2 outlet fittings and the 3/8 hose really helped reduce any pressure drop between the compressor and spray gun

Few pics of those lever valves and the small, rubber tube on the bottom of the sealey dryer , don’t use it as an oiler , was also very handy getting some lances for inside the chassis to blast out any junk after using the karcher

Plus can never have too many tools, lol

Many thanks all for the advice regarding compressors etc. I had another go this morning getting the dinitrol hot rather than just warm. I sat the pressure vessel in a pan of boiling water so it both the dinitol warmed up and the can was warm so it cooled down more slowly. This method made it thin enough that it did not need white spirit and I managed to apply about 5 litres to the inside of the chassis. with the dinitrol hot and thin enough to spray the Sealey applicator gun is indeed a very good piece of kit. As at some point in the near future I will get some dinitrol and do the series and the 90 as I do t know when they were last done.
How much fluid should I be looking to apply. Is my 5l for a 110 about right, overkill, or no where near enough?
