different temperatures in high level air vents

Hi
I have a Disco 2 and when I put the aircon on it is obvious that the air coming out of the driver's side vents is nowhere near as cool as that coming out of the passenger side vents. Shame!
Can this be recitified?

Mine did the same thing until I had the gas topped up.

Makes sense, is a while since I topped it up and I have the kit with me, just been to busy to do it. Now summer's over I'll probably do it!!
