thanks

the diffrence is at the discharge & re-charge rate.....

the indicator shown as either 75amph and 220 amph is the charge the battery could hold

at normal use, the battery will discharge slowly and the alternator will re-charge it back more than sufficiently......so both battery works fine

at extreme use, extreme cold or extreme heat, the battery may discharge faster than the alternator could re-charge

during winching, optima's faster discharge and re-charge rate supply higher current flow to the winch to get you out of trouble and re-charges back faster.....also while doing extreme winching, a steady high current flow is needed to operate the winch properly to prevent damage both to the winch and the battery...hence the optima is better at this

optimas' are also better at starting the vehicle due to the high discharge rate needed at that instant

else....i'll just go with 2 leisure batteries...
