Its a 86 d-reg. and i checked all the joints etc it hasto be the diff. i looked in tje haynes manual but couldnt find alot as regard to the diff, i dnt wana start messing with it and make things worse if u know what i mean

does diff flange have any play up/down rather than rotational ,front diff is harder than rear to change as it means stripping both sides down to remove drive shafts or undoing 7x bolts per side to allow chrome balls with shafts to pull away a couple of inches
