Diff noise

My defender 110 2007 makes excessive road noise from the rear like a woooshinn! I think it's probably the bearings ( I hope ) are the simple to replace?
Any help - advise greatfully received.

Pop into the "introduce yourself" section and introduce yourself, do a search for threads involving rear axle noise and changing wheel bearings and, if you've got any further vehicle specific queries ask them in the appropriate section.
