All ye need is a 1/2" rat****. If ye look under yer diff ye'll find a bung, stick yer rat**** in it and undo to let the oil out then replace it.
Ye'll notice on the front of yer diff another bung, use a rat**** with an extension bar on it to remove, fill yer diff up until it starts to dribble out and replace bung;)

ALWAYS make sure you can get the filler open before you empty it or you will end up with no oil in your diff and no way of getting it in.

Such methods to get a very seized plug include using a big ratchet or breaker bar and give it a little shove in the tightening direction with a jack under the handle of the ratchet/breaker bar. This cracks up all the rust and crud then it should undo quite easily.

Yer last photie is of the transfer box. The bolt near the bottom right is yer drain plug. A bit like this..

It's a bit hard to tell from yer photies but it looks like yer rear output seal is knackered. Is there a bit of oil behind the handbrake drum?

Ah reckon yer best bet is to clean the area as best ye can and keep an eye on where the oil comin' from fur sure. It might be comin' from the rear output seal but it might be comin' from the front one or just the seal on yer drain plug.
Might be an idea to check yer oil levels in yer tranny and gearbox;)
