diesel leak from leak off pipe

hi ,guy's haven't been on for a while,but here we go again,i seem to be getting diesel coming from the fourth injector leak off pipe,have put new leak off pipe on,still leaking,have put cable tie on it to tighten it but dosen't seem to be helping,has anybody any idea why this is leaking.cheer's pat.

Just had this exact prob on a BMW 318d.....turned out it was leaking from the plastic where the sensor wire joins the injector body.
Rev it to about 1500 rpm then watch for bubbles.

You need a windowed 27 mm extension socket, other than that a piece of ****.
