Diesel injector solenoid wont open

Hi All,I'm new here. My Freelander HSE Td4 solenaid is not opening. Please help. I got the car as a non runner and am working on it myself but I can't for the life of me get the diesel injector solenoid to open. Any assistance you welcome and appreciated.

Thanks will check it out. In the meantime the 3 amigos have showed up. Got very helpful info from past threads about them.
