diesel fuel pump

hi guy's in case i need to go down the road of changing fuel pump how hard is it to do,cheers pat.

If it's a P38, you will need to drop the tank. No other way to do it short of cutting a hole in the floor of the body.

Most easily done on a ramp with as little fuel left in it as possible.

It's not particuarly hard, just time consuming.

wouldn't want a hole in my vehicle thankyou very much,if a job is worth doing!

i did mine recently and it took about 2 hours from start to finish did it on my drive with normal tools and a trolley jack

alright lads,are we talking about the same thing here ,the fuel injection pump in the engine bay,cheers pat.
