200 tdi engine the fuel appears to go directly from left side rear tank 110 directly to the fuel pump.
Assuming should go from tank to filter then to fuel pump
The return runs from lift pump to the return on fuel tank in rear 110 right side (should this be fed into top of tank)?
The blue X assuming is the supply into fuel pump.
The thick yellow return spill goes to filter.

I suspect the flow is the other way round to what you think. Fuel should go from the tank, to the lift pump, via filter, to the injection pump.
Which looks like what is happening in your picture.
Have a look at the unions on the fuel filter head. There are usually arrows showing where the fuel should flow into the filter head, and where it should flow out.
The filter head has two sides, clean (filtered) fuel, and dirty (unfiltered) fuel.
On most systems, fuel on it's way back to the tank, whether overspill from the injectors, or excess fuel from the injection pump, will pass through the dirty side of the filter head on it's way back to the tank.
 
Tank to lift pump to filter to injection pump to injectors, small spill pipes between injectors back to injection pump return, then back to the tank.
The small black nylon pipe to the very top rear of the inj pump is the boost control pipe from the turbo.
 
I was going to add a sedimenter next to fuel tank, what fitting can be used for fuel connection?

If the tank is as clean as the engine bay/injection pump then you are most likely wasting your time with the sedimentor.

For fitting you will need to know the thread size/diameter and the inside diameter of the rubber hose, for example 14mm thread with an 8mm nipple.
 
The bulkhead is going to be removed before I get there looking at fuel lines.
Tank is new tho return line is on right side should be on top I believe.
The connector jumpers supply & return are about to break leak if I push on them at the tank.
That is going to be removed so I can inspect the metal under the bed.
Might be halfway through rebuilding
In process of ordering fuel lines, the fuel lines have a lot of hose clamps if I can reduce some would be nice.

Other truck 90 Xmod has a sedimenter in line with tank & fuel filter on bulkhead works well.

Original fuel lines are nylon and are a really tight push fit onto the barbed nipples, so no clips needed, you can just buy nylon pipe on the reel.
Rubber lines are fine but they will eventually need replacing due to perishing.

The fiche I have is up to 86 so did not have the bracket support # 11 for sedimenter as the frame next to tank is angled.
That is another piece of puzzle.
Would britpart be hard nylon fuel lines? As rubber would not be so good. Local supplier in us gets britpart?
Back near tank the supply line bends almost 90 degrees couple of times, can the hard nylon do 90 degree bends?
seems I am removing this tank sooner than I figured.

The britpart ones are nylon, they will be preformed into tight bends where needed.
And I doubt if you can get any nylon lines that aren't Britpart now.
There isn't anything wrong with rubber fuel hose, as long as it is the right spec of hose.

Tbh I would hazard a guess demand is low to non existent for any of the preformed hard fuel lines so I would be surprised if any of them are actually available.

this engine replacement does not have return spill from injectors but I should have that from what came out?

Nipple, or a banjo, whichever is easier to get. They aren't Landrover specific parts, you can buy them off the net, or from a fuel injection specialist.

Landrover, now owned by Tata, don't make most of the parts on the vehicle, and never did.
All vehicles are assembled mostly from parts made by various companies that make parts for cars, located all over the world.
For most bits, like fuel pipes, thermostats, hoses, belts, etc. you will be better to try and source the parts from the makers.
Quite a lot of this stuff is actually made in the US, or in Mexico by US companies, so it is going to be better value for you to buy those parts direct, rather than have them sent by suppliers in the UK or Europe.

I usually use Gates or Dayco belts, and AC or Delphi fuel equipment, irrespective of the origins of the machine I am working on.
 
The sedimenter is Delphi from bearmach.
Local supplier does get parts from England I believe.
Looks like I can get all the fuel hoses, bracket for the sedimenter, needed new front shocks.
 
Assuming the fuel intake/gauge needs to be removed to remove rear tank as fuel fill is on other side.
Tight fit between the frame.
Starting to like the side tank in 90.

The Bosch fuel filter shown above there seems to be no spill from injectors 200 tdi engine.
But any diesel should have a spill from the injectors?

As far as I can tell, the spill rail on that returns direct to the fuel tank.
