What a pain in the ass...... 2hours?? took more like 3.5 hours, OK had a lot of beer breaks (didn't anyone consider this in the time it took? ) saved £600 for not doing it at a stealership but the ride is definitely different, and for the better, lot smoother and she jumps the bumps again, well worth doing it, the old Dunlop bags, look as if they wouldn't last too long, the steel was showing on 3 of them, and even the steel on to of them was broken, so it was a matter of time, well worth it in the end, and my nut was well lose on my intercooler (i had a bigger one put in a good few years back) so its running better too now, and i met someone who can get me very cheap scorpions, so i'm looking in to getting a set of 4 of them as well, any way the long and short of it is, best its a 2 man job, just makes it a lot easier, thanks to everyone who helped out with diagrams it was spot on, apart from the 13mm bolt, but that was nothing, thanks guys

3.5 hours? What were you doing, laying on your back admiring the view?? Just changed one faulty rear airspring in 15 minutes flat:D To be fair it was not corroded in as it was only 2 years old;)

I have it in my head that after Dopeys post, thousands of P38 owners will be tightening up their intercooler bolts hoping for prerformance improvements. :D:D:D

OK It don't go any faster (as if it would have anyway yea?) Its just that black oil was ****ing out all over the left hand side of the engine, but I have to say the bigger Intercooler, makes a difference in the hot summers, and I do get a few more BHP out of it

I've looked all over my car and can't find the intercooler - is this why my car is slower than a Ferrari? :D
