Looks like it's a normal fault code reader bundled with the free EAS software (you can pick this up for £20 with the cable) plastered with dodgy Land Rover logos.

i looked into these a while ago and they didnt work with the diesel models but dont tell you that unless you ask

Waste of cash IMO, the EAS software is free and I can supply it on CD along with RAVE and my airbag replacement guide and a 2 metre EAS cable from £16.48.
Their diagnostics may work on the V8 engine but you can get ELM for that for peanuts, not sure if it works with the gearbox, but I doubt it works on the 4.6 auto box.
