Derbyshire laning

had my tools out today cut out bad bits on the chassis and cut new steel to fit now need to find some one the weld it for me also need a new outrigger, think i need to save up for a new chassis!

anybody interested in doing a few lanes next week? mon tu or wed? got some mapped out, need to find em. matlock area, biggin. nothing extreem?

All quiet on the Western Front....

Hope everyone is still up for this. The Disco decided two windscreen wipers is too "mainstream" and one is far better. So have to fix that now! Also want to wire up my spots...

Trying to convince Sam to bake us cake for the tea breaks!

Think we should confirm a weekend now though, so I can pencil it in and know when not to work! I'm happy for the weekend of the 7th/8th, either day. Saturday means I can clean it on the Sunday too....

Finally someone who understands the cleaning day!
If cake is provided I'm up for any weekend haha. Either the 31st/01st or 7/8 is find with me, I'm on track for my wiring to be up and running by then as long as this weekend goes without a hitch.

As for next week xrizlax is a little too much sort notice for me, but I would be up for it in the future if you can get a few people together.

I'm at work bud, been out a few times over last week or so n need to address a few issues before going back out, and defy need to wash the old girl

im up for laning now my truck is sorted

the thing is i work every other weekend and have days off during the week. i have to find something to occupy myself or i end up ordering stuff to fit to my truck when iam supposed to be saving up for a galv chassis. the we 7/8 would be ok though, or the 24/25th of this month.

Have to clean it... Otherwise it will rust away a day after! You know... Because Land Rovers are totally rustproof.

Still really up for this, I'm free any day of any weekend (wow, I'm sad), so whenever people can make it.



With the help of mrIFan I will hopefully plan a route around Bakewell then I can share it with you guys again like last time.



Its looking like we will need to do 2 groups I think, unless people can't make it on the day.

Yea something like that! haha.

Ive got loads to do! When I bought mine the previous owner (or one of the seven) had added loads of extra electrics for the accessories and wired everything to the battery and had crudly ran all the wires through the cab.

Ive now ripped all of this out and re-wired all of the accessories up properly and threw a fuse box....Or more, that is what im doing Trouble is I'm doing most of it in the dark!

So who have we definitely got for the 7th?
