Definitive 'maintenance' guide?

Hi all,

I've been reading through loads of threads trying to soak up as much info as possible. I've picked up on a number of common issues but I wondered if anyone has come up with a maintenance plan/schedule to keep these machines in top order? Things like greasing the props every X months, fluid changes, etc etc and even a list of things to watch out for that mean something more serious is going to rear its head. I know theres a standard servicing schedule but owners/enthusiasts usually have a better schedule to stick to

Now to me that sounds a good idea, as not really good at reading through 1000's pages let alone 10. Would be good with pictures aswell. Not that I am lazy, just don't know where half of the stuff is.

I guess I would get some flak

. Not having a RR before seems like a lot of gadjets on it. The other option was a Mitsubishi shogun.

I had a Isuzu trooper 3.0ltd and that was a wright old cronk, although it was 2003 it seemed dated. Two good things about it, one was switching to 4wd and the other was when I sold it. So the RR although has its problems is the best ride I have had for a long time. That reminds me must polish up on the chatup lines

Quite handy with a spanner and electrics, i've got a fat belly that's about all.

Tell me about it, looks like I need new engine oil cooler and auto gearbox cooler aswell, but then it has done 170k.

Well, unless you can clean up the internal threads of the engine oil cooler pipes you will probably need new pipes as they usually strip the threads off the cooler.

It looks like Pirtek hoses have been there as some are not crimps but compression fittings, plus the name on the hoses give it away.
