Defender td5 warning lights

hi everyone my name is Chris I live in West Yorkshire and run a 1999 defender 90 td5 as far as I know it is bog standard engine runs OK a bit slow but nice have done a couple of off road days just wondered if anyone has ever had the same problems everything is running nicely indicater warning lights work side light warning lights work high beam warning lights work but engine management/grow plug/hand brake and diff lock warning lights not working or has anyone got ideas checked unit ok only 0.5 v coming out of the ECU seems to get to the warning light unit but no more than that
