Defender td5 ignition problems

Hi I have a defender td5 the ignition keep turning it self on and off without the key in the ignition. Tried taking all wires off back of ignition but still keep turning on and off changed all the relays any ideas

Check for oil in your ecu plug in box under the drivers seat, if oil in ecu it can have strange effects. ( oil from injector loom)

It had oil in the loom about 6 month ago but I change the injector loom cleaned it all up and it been fine till know
