Defender td5 fuel pump

Hi all, I’m having problems with my td5 defender it feels like it’s missing. Iv done the usual things injector seals , injector harness,fuel pressure regulator maf sensor , inlet pressure sensor. Today iv checked the fuel pressure at the fuel temp sensor and it only Gave 3.5 bar on flow but over 4 bar on hold . To be lazy I cut the floor out of the rear tub and removed pump on stripping it this is what I found .I have ordered the pump that sits in the housing as any one gone that way ,thanks
