Defender split tailgate

For a while I have been looking for a split tailgate to fit a defender hardtop as I quite like how the old Range Rovers open up.

I've seen the pics of Trewey's which I really like, but I don't have the skills, confidence, tools or time to do it myself. There are a few of them driving around Cornwall, and was wondering if there is anywhere in the country that makes these ready to fit? I've checked all the parts websites I've come across, but still nothing. And the series upper tailgates are pretty scarce in good condition
