Defender rear wiper & heated screen

I have fitted a second hand later model td5 door to my defender 300tdi, the door has rear heated screen & wiper, which my old door did not have. I would like to wire these up and get them work but don't know where to start.
I have been told he loom will have the wires already there, but having a quick look I don't think they are.
what are my options, does anyone make an aftermarket loom, with switches & relays etc
