Defender lights

Hi I’m new to this sight, I bought a defender few years ago defender 90 1992 got a problem with lights upgrade to all led now indicators are flashing together ie front left ones go and rright ones light up low dim flashing,,, can anyone help cheers

Did the fault occour directly after the LEd upgrade or did the fault appear some time after the upgrade.

If it was the latter i would suggest a bad earth..

However if it was directly after upgrade then could be a multitude of problems

What Make of LED did you fit.

If it done this as soon as you fitted the LEDs, did you also fit the flasher relay for the LEDs? Also, have you changed the side repeaters to an LED? If so, change them back to standard bulbs. Lastly, put your hazards on and make sure that all lights actually work.

And sort out your earths.

If the indicators all worked with standard incandescent bulbs, then the earths should be fine. There isn’t a great deal of info in the OP, so this is assuming.
