Defender hand throttle surround.

I've been searching for the part pictured below thinking it was a choke, but ratty and Sean where good enough to point out its a hand throttle... so what Im after is the surround/housing not the cable.

I have now found the part numbers but still can't find the parts, for a sensisble price any way!

The surrond/housing number is: MTC3611
The bracket number is: NRC8734
