Couple of questions / requests.

1. Has anyone got an offside bottom seat-belt mounting bracket (the bit the inertia-reel bolts to) that they can let me have? Mine's rusted through for some reason, although the nearside one is fine:confused:

2. Does anyone know where I can get slightly longer receptacles (the bit the seat-belt plugs into)? I've fitted different seats and the standard ones are now wedged down below the top of the seat squab and between the seat and the cubby box. This makes them awkward to use.
Can anyone recommend a suitable donor car with 3" - 4" longer ones?

Any suggestions / offers gratefully received.

don't they come attached tae the reel trewy? Just went and had a look at an old one of mine and it's riveted on. Took a couple o' piccies just tae show ye, it's the one on the right, the other came from an army defender

that's the bracket Buster, but mine is bolted onto it.
keep yer guessing these Landys dunt they.

if that one's surplus to requirements, can I ave it? Pleese! (I'll drill the fooker to make it fit mine).

Yer more than welcome tae it trewy. Ah'll drill it off the reel and get it posted down tae ye just after crimbo.
;) :D

Bugger.
Thinking about it, I'm gonna have to replace the whole seat-belt assembly.
On mine, the inertia-reel is bolted to the bracket, but the other end of the webbing is passed through the bracket, then sewn - like yours is.
Never thought of that - save yerself the postage Buster.
Thanks for the offer anyway.
