Which ever you get apply loads of rustproofing to the rear/inside of it before fitting it, and hose out the bumb irons (which will be full of mud) while the bumper is off.
 
Agree with the above. My 90 has got an after-market bumper which was fitted by the previous owner and is rusting well from the inside. I’ve got a galvy one to replace it, which is well worth the investment.
 
I bought a galvanised one from paddocks years ago for £29.50. T-washed, etch primed and satin blacked. Still looks brand new
 
Aftermarket from Paddocks was around £60 including postage.
Quality is fine, can't tell the difference between it and the OE.
As already said, spray the inside with wax and it will last years.
