Defender flashing abs+brake warning lights

I have a 2005 defender 110 xs station wagon. The abs and brake warning lights flash in sync with engine speed. They stop flashing when you back of the throttle. In other words only do it under load.
Been doing it for years with no obvious effect on performance and no fault codes are showing. Any ideas???
