Obviously a business use vehicle, but if it has been replaced after being damaged you would think that a bare door would have been purchased and then sprayed and built up using the fittings from the damaged door.
Perhaps it's been replaced by an already complete, used door of the correct colour bought from a vehicle dismantling company/scrapyard.
If it's all legit, it would be worth buying for £50 for all the usable undamaged parts.
