defender doors on to series 3

Hi ya all
I was wondering is it possiable to put defender doors onto my 1975 series 3. If it does go is there anything that needs changing. (because i want windows that wind down. not slid.)
Also i was Wondering if a defender dash could go into it aswell with out much work.
Or is there any other dash that i could put in. as i dont like the style of my one.

hinge point need changeing

Hinges are identical (depending on mirror mounting) but the catch assembly on the door pillar will need changing to match the door.

I've got a Defender dash and doors in my 'daily drive' 1974 S3. Didn't do the work myself though, already there when I got it. The doors are great, definitely worth it, but they do squeeze the interior width slightly as the inner panel takes up slightly more room. For myself I'm not sure about the instrument binnacle (dash instruments etc.), I like the original version, and might change back.

Buy a defender? - That way you get the dash and the doors pre fitted!
