Hello All,

Am about to replace my destroyed defender dashboard, do you have any alternatives plz?
since I couldn't find any in Syria.
Do you know if the wrangler's or the Land cruiser's 70 series dash fit?
or if you have tried any other ideas i'll be grateful.
thank you so much

If you are starting from scratch with no access to parts, I would be looking to make something more like the original series dash out of plate metal rather than try and fit something plastic from another vehcilce.

^^ this one!

Its not an easy thing to do, its a fair bit of fabricating and wiring, the heater will need a total rethink, wiper motor , wiper mechanism, all the switches, clocks etc, you could fabricate something to mimic a Defender dash but its crap, that plenum for the heater is a totally bad idea, all the switches are in stupid places, heater ducts are pants, you could strip off all the vinyl and do some welding to the metal base underneath to try and make something out of that but it would be a waste of a dash if you couldn't.
