Defender bulkhead internal windscreen strength assembly

Can anyone advise me on what the internal structure should look like where the bolts for the windscreen hinges to through the bulkhead.

Mine are rusted away, I can find a few pictures on Google but can't see if it should be a box section or just angled.

Also anyone know if I can buy them fabricated?

There doesn't seem much info out there about them. Thanks!

If you are referring to the crush tube assembly, I just measured where my hinges sat, drilled the bolt holes, opened them out to 13mm and then welded shorth bits of 10 x 13 pipe in.

It's a box with 2 spacer tubes,I've just done mine.
I haven't found the piece made up.there is a thread about rebuilding the corners.been on recent so shouldn't be hard to find

Thanks for the quick reply does the thread discuss these structures? If so I must have missed the details. It looks quite involved as it appears to tapper off at the top and have thinner section at the front. I spoke with some bulkhead repair companies and I get the impression it should be strong but not pretty
